Hallo,
ich möchte ein 20 Liter süffiges Dinkelbier brauen, benötige dafür aber ein Rezept mit den Angaben über Schüttung (Anteil Dinkelrohfrucht), Rastzeiten, Stammwürze usw.. Kann mir jemand helfen, oder hat jemand Erfahrung darin?
